Acorn Communities Ltd. (marketing under the trade name “Acorn Homes”) is committed to full Realtor cooperation. The following outlines our policy for rewarding you for helping us market our homes and lots.
COMMISSIONS
We will pay a commission of 3.0% of the first $100,000 and 1.5% of the balance of the combined Lot and Base Home Agreements before GST excluding upgrades.
TIMING
All commissions will be paid when the contract is unconditional, and contract deposits have been received.
PROSPECTING
We require that you introduce your prospect to Acorn before their registration with any of our Sales Team. This can be done with our online registration. If your prospect has already registered with our Sales Team, you’ll not be eligible for commission. We will keep your prospect registered for 90 days, so if you are still active with that prospect, please remember to renew your registration.
SALES PROCESS
You’re welcome to participate in the selling process to whatever extent you are comfortable with. You may introduce your prospect to us and leave the selling to our capable staff so that you can move on to serve other clients. Alternatively, you may be involved as much as you’d like.
