What's New at Granite at mckinley
As of the October 30, 2022, the building has reached the point where the exterior is 80% complete and the drywall process is under way on all floors. It’s a beehive of activity! We remain behind our original schedule, due primarily to extreme weather and challenging site conditions and the availability of natural gas meters. The construction contractor Award Construction Ltd. is working hard to catch the project up. It is Acorn’s opinion that occupancies are likely to slip well into the first quarter of 2023. This could be further delayed if we don’t get asphalt in this year.

As the build of Granite at McKinley’s Phase III inches closer to the finish line we can only imagine how excited yo are getting about the Okanagan lifestyle this development will bring.
One of those amazing features are all of the walking trails that are located through the development. Here is a map of the nature trails that connect most of the community to each other and future amenities.
