We recently introduced our newest phase of single family and semi-attached homes. Stage 5 phase 3 is at the very top of the property, with the highest and best views. We offer 28 single family homes and 26 semi attached homes (we call them town homes). All homes are walk-out ranchers with spectacular city, valley and lake views. As we are a custom builder, our purchasers choose their lot, their home plan and any modifications they wish to make.
